Identify & Validate
We spot high-value problems in B2B enterprise — where manual processes cost companies real money and existing solutions are either absent or broken. We validate demand with real conversations, not surveys. If the problem isn’t acute, we move on.
Architect & Design
Senior engineers design the system architecture before writing application code. Data models, integration contracts, compliance requirements, infrastructure topology — all documented and reviewed. We invest upfront to avoid rewriting later.
Build & Ship
Dedicated product teams of 3–5 senior engineers. Two-week sprints. Tests written before features. Integration tests on real infrastructure, not mocks. Every product ships with observability, audit trails, and EU data residency from day one.
Launch & Scale

Falcon is built by engineers who’ve shipped at OpenAI, Google, Nebius etc. We’ve built payment platforms, design systems, API infrastructure, and developer tools at scale. We brought that discipline to the venture studio model — multiple focused teams, each owning a product from architecture to market.
We don’t hire junior developers and we don’t outsource. Every line of code across every Falcon product is written by senior engineers who understand the domain, the compliance surface, and the long-term cost of shortcuts. Four-week minimum sprints. Thorough testing. Zero tolerance for infrastructure surprises.
Berlin is home. We build for the European market because we understand it — the regulatory landscape, the enterprise buying culture, the expectation of data sovereignty. We don’t adapt US products for EU compliance. We build EU-native products from the first commit.

GDPR Native
Every Falcon product stores data in the EU (Frankfurt). Data residency is architectural, not configurable. Every data flow is logged. Deletion requests are honored within 24 hours.
Security First
AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. mTLS between services. API credentials encrypted per-organization. Vendor access logged and restricted to incident investigation only.
SOC 2 Type II
Audit in progress, target Q3 2026. We operate every product under the same security discipline that enterprise buyers require before signing.
AI Act Compliant
Our AI products are designed for the EU AI Act. Every agent decision is logged, explainable, and pausable. Human oversight is built into every workflow. No black-box inference.
